OIFA at AHCCCS — Arizona Behavioral Health System Help

OIFA’s (Office of Individual and Family Affairs) is a division of AHCCCS (Arizona’s Medicaid system). They are there to make sure the voices of those who receive behavioral health services and their families are heard. That your voice is heard at every level of Arizona’s public behavioral health system and AHCCCS health plans. Each OIFA Team Member has lived experiences so they have walked in your shoes.

If you are having problems receiving services, your rights respected, or are wondering who will listen to your behavioral health concerns — try your health plans OIFA representative, or the AHCCCS OIFA department. EVEN if you don’t have AHCCCS contact them.
